Brian Mooney, Principal in Charge, John Biggar, Architect $4 million, 2012-2013 Renovation of former fraternal lodge and City of Detroit Rec Center to new office and restaurants, 20,000 SF. A design build project with the complete restoration of the long neglected interior and exterior of the building. Phase I recently completed completely restored the exterior. Phase II under construction is focusing on the 1st and 4th Floors for the owner to occupy.
